All of our users have been able to receive login code emails and access the QA Wolf app, and we are no longer seeing impact to our services.
SendGrid continues to report degraded performance on their end, and we will continue to monitor their status for any changes.

SendGrid has applied a workaround to improve email deliverability. Most users should now be able to receive login code emails and access the QA Wolf app.

We are no longer seeing any impact to QA Wolf workflows.
SendGrid continues to report degraded service, and we will continue to monitor their status.

Some customer workflows experienced failures due to a SendGrid outage impacting email delivery. SendGrid has implemented a workaround, and most email-related workflows are now functioning as expected.
